Patients who have approved the form, (E112) do

 not pay ! (European health card)

Dialysis takes

 place: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – morning

You can stay at the hotel Hvala Kobarid. The hotel is in the center, 50m from the dialysis center!

Price per day of stay, half board:   € 62 per

 day + tax
